Biography

Rami has worked as an illustrator since graduating from the University of Art and Design Helsinki in 2002, creating vector-based drawings that are rich in details and stories. In his spare time, Rami enjoys sculpting and his diverse inspirations include various blogs and other people's record collections. His illustrations have appeared in advertising, animations, editorials and product packaging and his posters were featured in the Helsinki-Madrid FinDesign exhibition in November 2009. Rami’s recent projects include illustrations for Nike and Stüssy, magazines such as Wired and Casamica, the Webdagene Conference and Teatermaskinen, an experimental theater production. He shares a studio called Deux Boeuf with illustrator Sac Magique on the outskirts of Helsinki.
